Begin with a focused user journey and a small testable promise. Develop the interface and backend boundaries, then measure response quality, failure handling and cost. A complete project includes a deployment plan and a clear explanation of where a person remains in control.

Prompt engineering
Write and version prompts against a stable evaluation set. Define output structures and assess whether changes improve the user task rather than just the wording.
AI agents and automations
Combine tool-using behaviour with dependable triggers and actions. Keep long-running work observable and provide cancellation or recovery where appropriate.
API integrations
Design contracts between the interface, application and external services. Protect credentials, check permissions and control the cost of repeated calls.
Product integrations
Connect the product to useful records and workflows. Map ownership of data, handle repeated requests and avoid overwriting existing work accidentally.
UI and UX design
Prototype the key journey, including loading, empty, error and success states. Make labels clear and controls usable with a keyboard and on a small screen.
AI product architecture
Draw the boundaries between UI, application, agent, model, automation and business systems. Plan deployment, logging, privacy and operational ownership.
Complete AI product build
Integrate the layers, run user-task tests and publish a controlled release. Prepare a demo, a limitations statement and a maintenance checklist.
