Confirm the terms before payment
This website does not accept course or service payments. Before making any payment through a separately agreed method, request the fee breakdown, included items, schedule and applicable cancellation or refund terms in writing.
No universal refund percentage, deadline or non-refundable rule is stated here because these depend on the actual enrolment or project agreement. Do not assume a refund promise from a general website enquiry.
Course cancellation requests
To ask about a course cancellation, write to learn@digitacsolution.in with your name, course, contact number, payment date and transaction reference. Explain the request and include the relevant written enrolment terms. Do not send full card numbers, passwords or OTPs.
Service project requests
For a service project, refer to the agreed proposal and payment milestones. Ask the team to review the request against the work authorised, work completed and any third-party costs already incurred. Any outcome must be confirmed in writing.
Review and communication
The team may need further information to identify the transaction and assess the request. Ask for confirmation that your request was received and for the expected review timeline. No processing or bank settlement timeline is promised on this page.
Before enrolling or commissioning work
